The Soudal Open Golf leaderboard from the DP World tour is now available on ESPN.

The tournament is being held at the Wentworth Club in Virginia Water, Surrey, England, from September 8-11, 2022.

Matt Wallace made a European Tour record-equalling nine consecutive birdies to go top of the leaderboard on day one of the Soudal Open.

The Englishman birdied every hole from the 10th to the 18th to card a nine-under-par 63 and take a one-shot lead over Ryan Fox and Adrian Meronk.

Wallace's round was the lowest of his European Tour career and he will be hoping to continue his good form when he returns to action on Friday.
